With a deep understanding of construction finance, commercial management, and operational delivery, Stelios works closely with the Regional Managing Directors and leadership team to drive growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
    Stelios also serves as CEO of StoneRise Technology, a construction-focused SaaS ERP platform, and as a Trustee of the Loizias Foundation, supporting rare disease research and education.

     

  • Michael Edward – Co-Founder & Non-Executive Director

  • Michael Loizias is a Non-Executive Director and co-founder of Milestone Group, providing strategic guidance and governance oversight to the business. A Quantity Surveyor by background, Michael brings deep industry knowledge and a keen eye for commercial and operational excellence, having previously served as Group Managing Director from 2018 to 2026.
    His strategic vision and hands-on leadership were instrumental in establishing Milestone’s reputation for quality, compliance, and client satisfaction across the South of England.
    Michael now focuses his time as Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of StoneRise Technology, a construction-focused SaaS ERP platform, and as Chairman of the Loizias Foundation, supporting rare disease research and education. He continues to support Milestone’s leadership team in driving sustainable growth and maintaining the company’s position as a leader in the industry.

    With a deep understanding of operational delivery, project management, and construction best practice, Stephen provides valuable guidance and oversight to the leadership team. His hands-on industry background and commercial acumen help shape the company’s strategic direction, ensuring Milestone continues to deliver excellence for clients across the South of England.
    Stephen’s role focuses on governance, strategic planning, and supporting the Managing Directors in driving sustainable growth while maintaining the company’s reputation for quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

     

  • Lewis Collins – Managing Director – London and the South East

  • Lewis Collins is Managing Director for Milestone’s London and South East region, leading the delivery of planned maintenance, refurbishment, and roofing projects across the capital and surrounding areas.
    With extensive experience in construction management and client delivery, Lewis oversees operations across Milestone’s core region where he is responsible for project delivery, operational performance, and client relationships across one of the company’s largest and most strategically important regions.
    Lewis works closely with Milestone’s board to drive growth, maintain the company’s reputation for quality and safety, and deliver value for public sector and housing association clients throughout the South East.

     

  • Edward Doherty – Managing Director – West England

  • Eddie leads the West England region, with responsibility for the commercial and operational delivery of all projects in West England. With extensive experience in construction management, Edward ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. He is responsible for managing teams, maintaining client relationships, and driving operational efficiency across the division. Edward’s leadership and strategic approach help to navigate challenges while ensuring smooth project execution. His focus on delivering excellence and maintaining strong team collaboration ensures the division’s continued success in meeting client needs and achieving business objectives.
